1. About SomRaadi
SomRaadi is a classifieds platform that allows users in Somaliland to post and browse listings for goods, services, vehicles, real estate, jobs and more. SomRaadi is not a party to any transaction between users.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to post listings or contact sellers. By using SomRaadi you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. User content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and ownership of every listing, image, message and other content you submit. Prohibited content includes counterfeit goods, illegal items, weapons, drugs, stolen goods, adult content, fraudulent offers and anything that violates Somaliland law.
4. No transactions on SomRaadi
SomRaadi does not process payments, handle deliveries, hold funds in escrow, or guarantee any transaction. All meetings, inspections, payments and exchanges happen directly between users at their own risk. We strongly recommend reviewing our Safety Tips.
5. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not impersonate another person or create multiple accounts to mislead users.
6. Boost packages
Optional paid boost packages may be offered via contacting our team. Boost fees are non-refundable once a listing has been promoted. SomRaadi reserves the right to remove any boosted listing that violates these terms without refund.
7. Removal of content
SomRaadi may remove any listing or account, at any time and without notice, that we believe violates these terms, applicable law or community safety.
8. Limitation of liability
SomRaadi is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SomRaadi is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from any transaction with another user.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SomRaadi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
